The Company Kiss My Grass Ltd is a local and is a fun family run operation, because, who ever said business had to be boring?
It is the dream of the Cameron-Glaze family to one day take the family on an overseas trip. In this current climate things are tough. Both parents have full time jobs and both children are either in school or in full time daycare. Established in May 2023, the natural love of a bit of Lawn Porn has seen the Matty chuck on his green stained New Balance shoes, pull up his beige stubbies, Slap on his sunhat with the neck flap on and create a business. Thus spreading the joys of a well maintained Lawn. But this is far from a single person affair!
With Emma working as a full time Nurse and Matty as a full time Firefighter in the Air-Force, the two have managed to figure out between their shifts that there is enough time to operate a Lawn Care business. Now unlike other Lawn care businesses, they aren't here to make you spend all your hard earnt cash on mediocre jobs, they're here for the experience of running a business, being proud of their work and helping out their local community. So much so that once a month they are giving away a free lawn mow just to help those out in need.
This being said with rotating rosters, Kiss My Grass LTD can offer up to 4 working days a week of mowing lawns.
Matty
Director of Kiss My Grass, Matty works Full time as a Fire-Fighter in the RNZAF. Father of two amazing girls and has a passion for helping others, and going that extra mile to get a job done well. When you book in with Kiss my Grass, you will have this lovely chap rock on up with his trailer and all the tools necessary to get the job done. A true Professional of everything he does, this Southern Man from Dunedin (who for some reason is raising a family in Auckland) has the can do attitude, a hard work ethic and over 20 years experience in mowing lawns that will see you begging for more.
Emma
Emma is the Mother of the family. A fulltime Nurse, full-time mother to two girls and a full time reality check advisor, Emma is one kind a caring soul. Emma has a passion for what she does an extreme attention to detail. With Kiss My Grass Ltd, Emma is in charge of branding, advertising, web design and business advising. Originally from the UK, Emma brings a world class level of pride and enthusiasm to the team
Lily
Lily is a 6 year old who loves the name of the business. Lilys role in the business is to one day help dad out on the leaf blower. currently has the role of ensuring dad has topped up the jerry cans each day, and is designing her own line of kids shirts to promote the brand.. Watch this space!!
Tilly
Tilly is the youngest of the family, she is pretty much two years old and has the attitude of a 10 year old. She will collect any outstanding debts! Dont mess with Tilly!!
